Certified in various styles of yoga, many of our teachers have a blended yoga background that includes Kundalini, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, Hatha, Yin, Prenatal and Restorative. Each of our classes are unique and reflects the unique experience and insights that each teacher has found in their own practice.
Adora was introduced to the idea of spirituality at a young age. Having always been intrigued by the idea of spirituality, she never quite understood it or how to get there. Get where? This question, among others, was the crux of her confusion. After discovering Kundalini Yoga, Adora knew this practice could lead her to what she was missing - connection to thy Self. Through her journey of exploring, understanding and accepting many aspects of herself, both dark and light, she discovered her strength, courage and deep capacity to understand and experience life from a place of gratitude. While amidst her ever evolving journey of Self exploration, Adora hopes to share her experience in order to help those on a similar path. As a Kundalini Yoga teacher, her intention is to create and incubate a pure, loving and uplifting space during class so that others may drop their walls, give themselves permission to experience all aspects of themselves and heal by the strength of their own soul. Annette is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and a dedicated Kundalini Yoga practitioner. Annette’s love for yoga began when she was a teenager, and throughout the years she maintained a regular yoga practice- until her first year in law school when it seemed impossible to do anything outside of studying. In an effort to manage her stress she showed up at Seventh Chakra Yoga to take a yoga class not realizing that the class she would attend was a Kundalini Yoga class. Although this class was different from any other yoga class she had previously taken, she felt right at home with these teachings, and thereafter found herself taking Kundalini Yoga classes every chance she had. Annette decided to become a Kundalini Yoga teacher because she wanted to learn as much as possible about this practice that was allowing her to not only manage her stress but also excel in so many other aspects of her life. Annette graduated from law school and became a licensed attorney while continuing to grow deeper in her own personal practice. Annette teaches Kundalini Yoga because it is literally the best thing, and she loves sharing these teachings with anyone who is interested or even curious. Annette creates a safe space for students to gently move through postures, ask questions, and enjoy deep meditative experiences. Annette’s classes focus on the practical application of yoga, and she provides students with detailed explanations of the various postures, kriyas, and meditations. Annette’s classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
Bianca’s training in teaching comes through a variety of yogic traditions. She is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher as well as a 500-hour YogaWorks E-RYT graduate and assisted and trained under her main influence, Kia Miller. Bianca’s classes are heart provoking, transformational and about creating an open environment for her students to have their own unique experience.
Her classes are influenced by Shiva Rea’s PranaFlow, Radiant Body Yoga with Kia Miller, along with her own unique passion for world arts dance. Bianca loves to work with all kinds of students. She has experience with children, children with disabilities, pregnant mothers and adults. She has taught in the United States, Ghana, Kenya, Senegal, and Uganda. Through the process of yoga and movement, Bianca believes that we can break free from our unconscious conditioning and embody our true Self.
Brianna Gabrielle Abbott is a new yogini yearning to blossom as a teacher, and forever grow as a student. She completed her 200-HR YTT in 2017 with Clound Nine yoga School. Even though she is a new teacher, she is always determined to help students flow along with their breath, and create that mind body connection. Brianna is a positive, warm hearted, ambitious, girl who is ready to tackle any challenge that enters her path. She first discovered yoga a year ago, but is a firm believer that yoga is more than a physical practice. There are two things she wants to accomplish in her lifetime, and that is to make a positive difference in the world, and in someone's life. In her free time she loves to be active, volunteer, constantly learning, and eating delicious food. She looks forward to every class hoping to guide her students through a beautiful practice, and leaving with that "ahhh" feeling.
Catherine feels blessed to have been exposed to the yogic path early in life. Following a line of Indian gurus, she learned ancient meditation techniques and the importance of going inside regularly to commune with the Divine. In 2015, she incorporated physical asana practice that helped positively channel grief after her son Bryce left this earthly plane at only twenty three! Amazed and grateful for the peace and strength found through combining Vinyasa and meditation, she was called to study yoga at The Sanctuary at Two Rivers, Costa Rica. Immersed in the beautiful eco blue zone jungle of the Nicoya Peninsula, a full exploration of asana, bandhas, pranayama, mantra, meditation, ritual and intention lead to RYT 200 Certification on her 55th birthday! She now humbly wishes to guide others in developing a strong yoga practice, enrich every life she touches, and help awaken Love and Light in all hearts.
Danielle Tellez is a certified 200 HR Yoga teacher and a Reiki Master Practitioner. She has been practicing Yoga for six years and enjoys teaching as much as growing in her own daily practice. Her dream is to help people in their body, mind and soul through holistic practices and techniques.
My name is Divya Patel. I was introduced to Kundalini Yoga March of 2015. It was at a time in my life when I was unhappy and did not like who and what I had become. I was searching who I was and in process seeking happiness, peace and contentment. I remember attending my first class here at Seventh Chakra taught by Dana Patterson. While doing some of the exercises along with breathing exercise, I felt the energy move up and down my spine. During the chanting and meditation portion of the class I became aware of my emotional numbness, fears, and unhappiness that I had suppressed for years. I broke down into tears and had the chance to release those feelings and emotions that had manifested within me. I knew that I had touched on something deep within myself and needed to continue with this journey to heal myself. Now having practiced Kundalini Yoga for 2 years on and off, I recognize the benefits mentally and physically. Mentally it has helped me gain confidence, ability to speak up for myself and awaken my inner guidance to live life with peace. Physically it has given me more energy throughout my day to day life without feeling tried. Other benefits I have found are that it has elevated me to be a happier person with more compassion and love towards my surroundings. Evelyn is an avid traveler, a professional actress, professor of Theatre at CSUF, Guardian of Breath with the Breath Center Ojai, Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework™ and holds certifications in Hatha from Cloud Nine Yoga and Kundalini Yoga from Seventh Chakra Yoga. She has also trained in Vin, Restorative, Yoga Therapy Balls and Sound Meditation. She began her practice at the age of 13 with Lilias Yoga and You on PBS. Who knew that all these years later she would still be practicing yoga and serving as a Lighthouse on this path. Wahe Guru! In class, Evelyn seeks to create a meaningful experience for her students. Through her grounded presence, generous heart and extensive knowledge, she aims to bring her love of the yoga practice and community to her students and empower them to experience their physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual landscapes. Gary Hill aka "Grandpaji" is a devoted Kundalini teacher and Assistant Teacher Trainer, and a 'passionate advocate' of this powerfully transformational, ancient technology. Gary loves guiding others through the process of attaining higher states of consciousness, deeper inner peace and self-realization, utilizing conscious breath-work, deep meditation and sound healing, mantra chanting and much more. Gray’s spiritual name, Taranpai, which means ‘Friend who guides others across the ocean od illusion and delivers them safely into the arms of the Devine”. Gary considers this his life mission and destiny. He endeavors to live humbly and authentically as a grateful teachers and friend to all.
Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, Ph.D. C-IAYT is a renowned teacher, consultant, and mentor. He worked personally with Yogi Bhajan as a co-founder of the Kundalini Research Institute and as director of training for over 35 years. He is an author, researcher, and is currently an affiliated scholar at Chapman University, works with the Institute of Quantum Studies and is core faculty in Integral Leadership at CIHS.
He brings his humor and deep heart to each class. His classes and mentoring meld practical experiences in meditation with powerful techniques for personal transformation. His courses bring together clinical expertise, scientific insights, and love for the authentic path each of us has. He is president of Advancing Human Awareness, Inc. and resides with his wife in Southern California.
I first discovered the benefits of this practice during college where it helped me to cope with academic pressure in a high-stress environment. I had always been active, growing up as a competitive swimmer, and it was wonderful to rediscover movement in a way that was much healthier and more sustainable long term.
I love being able to help people find the balance between their own challenge and ease through the practice of yoga — something that has brought me so much joy and something that I love to share with others.

I lead a dynamic class tying breath to movement, where I encourage proper alignment and challenge students to use their strength through a full range of motion. Modifications are always provided to make the class accessible to all, while still allowing each student to find a practice that will challenge them.
Jane was first introduced to yoga in 2001, but it wasn't until stumbling upon alignment-based yoga in 2015 that her practice shifted, and her yogic journey truly began. She completed her 200-hour training in alignment-based Hatha/Vinyasa and 100-hour training in Yin, inspired to share the gift of yoga with others. For Jane, yoga is the process and journey of integrating the mind, body, and breath. It is about learning, discovering, and evolving, with love and compassion. Her approach is versatile, free-spirited, and down-to-earth. With an emphasis on clear alignment, breath, and flow, her goal for each class is to lead students through mindful, radiant sequences that leave them feeling refreshed and renewed. She aims to inspire students to discover and delve deeper into their personal inner journey, and to experience the benefits of yoga, both on and off the mat.
Jen has always been inquisitive about what it means to be a human being, and started her studies in Psychology, becoming a mental health therapist. Her studies then moved to Buddhism and mindfulness, and then into yoga and finally, Kundalini Yoga. Jen fell in love with Kundalini Yoga after the first class, and was instantly curious about how it all works, and the understanding behind the practice. She signed-up for teacher training 2 years later at Seventh Chakra Yoga, not planning to actually teach. But teacher training was transformational, and she felt a calling to share the practice with others in a loving and safe space that also encourages growth and pushing limits. Jen is married to a fellow teacher, Ramtin, and they live in Fountain Valley with their dog Buddy. When she is not working or teaching, she can be found eating at Urth Caffe and waling along the cliffs in Laguna Beach, or spending time with family.
Blessed with the gift of navigating through the complex with grace, compassion, and playfulness, Jiwan Dev was told by many spiritual leaders since childhood that she will one day become a healer.
She found kundalini yoga in 2003 at Golden Bridge in Hollywood, and finally stepped into her calling and completed the KRI 200-hour teacher training at Golden Bridge Yoga in New York under the guidance of Gurmukh and Gurushabd in 2016.
She is also a Certified Reiki 1 and 2 Healer, Certified Holographic Sound Healer 1 and 2. Jiwan Dev aspires to empower her students to find their inner guru with a strong belief that we’re all capable of living a life of purpose and brings healing through kundalini yoga, meditation, and energy healing.
Joëlle came from France 10 Years ago. She is an Energy Practitioner, who uses a variety of modalities. She is passionate about methods, techniques or modalities for healing/integrating the body, mind, and soul.
When Joelle discovered Kundalini Yoga, she immediately felt and understood the benefits of the kriya (posture sequences), breath-work, sounds, relaxation & meditation.

In memory of Karta Singh, who passed in July of 2018. Karta’s loves were teaching Kundalini Yoga, play the gong and listen to music. In his classes, he beautifully merged his three loves in class to bring student into an experience of themselves. Karta is one of the original students of Yogi Bhajan, who brought Kundalini Yoga to the West in the late 1960's. Karta brings over 35 years of rich Kundalini experience to his meditation classes. He combines wit and wisdom with inspiration as he expertly guides his students to experience the power and grace of Kundalini technology.
Krishan Singh has been on the path to his Destiny since birth but had another awakening or “re-birth” when he and Kundalini Yoga collided in 2011. He practices, teaches, and learns where ever the Universe leads him but exclusively in Santa Ana (House of Guru Ram Das and Kundalini Yoga & 8th Chakra Yoga) and surrounding areas of Orange County (Seventh Chakra Yoga, Huntington Beach where he received his Teacher Training Certification as of 2013 & Costa Mesa, CA). He is a very informative, practical and ‘Blue Collar’ teacher/student and while out in the ‘real’ world or on the ‘teachers bench’ in studio, he Loves to push, encourage and educate everyone to their higher limits while still having a meditativly great time.
Krishna Kaur Khalsa is a dynamic, heart-centered Yoga teacher, began studying with Yogi Bhajan in 1970 and passionately taught the art and science of Kundalini Yoga and Self Awareness for 40 years. Krista‘s been practicing Kundalini yoga for over five years. She decided to take her teachers training in 2018 when she moved inland and found that there were no Kundalini classes in her area, and knew there was a need to share the teachings
After a knee and a tibial plateau fracture kept her off of her feet for 6 months, she knew that yoga was the key to recovery. In search of a class gentle enough for her leg to recover, she walked into a Kundalini yoga class at Seventh Chakra Yoga Studio! Intrigued by the breath work and the soothing meditation Krista became a daily student. Not only becoming physically healthy, she found that her anxiety was also slowly fading and knew she had found her calling.

Krista has a background in Western and Holistic medicine as a Licensed colon hydrotherapist and as a Hatha yoga teacher. Ksusha Barber is a certified prenatal, postnatal and Kundalini yoga instructor. She is a mother of 3 boys. Her insatiable curiosity about natural pregnancy and birth led her to discover different tools to align mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels to achieve the birth that she desired. She believes that when a mother consciously takes time to address all these 4 levels during the month of her pregnancy, she has a greater chance of creating the brith story that will empower the rest of her life. Prenatal kundalini yoga and meditation classes can help tremendously in achieving just that! She has been certified as a master practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (MNLP), Hypnotherapy (MHt), Time Dynamics (MTD), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Life Coaching, Reike and many more. In her daily life, she successfully runs a real estate brokerage firm "Guided Realty", guiding families to the gift of home ownership.
Kurt Teaches classes in kundalini yoga and meditation at Seventh Chakra Yoga and is a frequent, enthusiastic "Gongster" during the studio’s overnight sound baths. After his first kundalini class in 2016, he remembers experiencing an incomparable state of mental equanimity that immediately drew him deeper into the practice. He also vividly recalls his first Shavasana with the gong and thinking, "I want to do that!"" Following several revelatory classes on yogic philosophy and spirituality, he was ready to dive head first into teacher training. His fascination with kundalini yoga has only continued to grow since then and he believes it is a truly transformative practice. Originally from Ne Jersey, Kurt has lived in Orange County since 2005 and is a history professor at Cal State Fullerton where his students call him Dr. Kurt.
Before I uncovered my authentic gifts to offer in service of others as a psychotherapist and trauma-informed yoga teacher, I traveled a very different path. I held numerous managerial and administrative positions throughout different healthcare organizations and was a self-proclaimed workaholic for over 20 years. It wasn’t until I discovered yoga that I realized how much I suffered from anxiety and how hard I worked to control my emotions. Yoga invited me on a journey of exploration and self-discovery and was the first thing I found that I loved more than work. In addition, when I first started my physical yoga practice, I had back pain from several bulging and one herniated disc, and each time I left my mat I felt less pain and anxiety. As I continued on my yoga journey, it was through time spent in reflection that I came to a deeper understanding of how traumatic childhood events in my life impacted how I viewed and related to myself, others, and the world. I was beginning to taste and feel something I hadn’t experienced before – a sense of peace and belonging in my own skin! Because of these newly experienced sensations, I was drawn to become a yoga teacher and later a yoga teacher trainer, so I could spread the peace around. I knew that I wanted to create a safe place for others to begin such a journey, where it didn’t matter if they were experiencing any physical limitations in their body or what fears were holding them back from being more engaged in their own lives. As I guided my students to slow down through a gentle, empowering practice, I too slowed down enough to realize the tight grip of my past traumatic life experiences had softened. As my emotional awareness and intelligence grew and present day insights gathered momentum through my yoga and mindfulness practices, the long-held tension in my body began to melt away, creating sacred space to invite in more self-acceptance and compassion. Self-compassion brought with it a profound personal transformation, bringing me to a place of gratitude for all of my life’s experiences as those cumulative experiences brought me to an overwhelming appreciation for the resiliency of the human spirit. Although not an easy one, my yoga journey guided me to and through a mid-life awakening to discover my greatest work yet – assisting others to deeply heal their minds, bodies and spirits through an integrated approach that incorporates yoga, meditation, and talk therapy. I truly believe this integrated approach provides a vehicle to face our fears and do the work necessary to attain balance in life as well as enhance our emotional, intellectual, physical, spiritual, occupational and social wellness to be able to live a heart-led life with compassion, gratitude, and peace. When fear comes up now – and it will – I remember that transformation may be unfamiliar and uncomfortable, but well worth it – just like the metamorphosis that a caterpillar goes through to become a butterfly! I also remember I am not alone on this journey so I don’t need to face my fears on my own.
Marika began her yoga journey over 20 years ago, practicing in Ashtanga tradition. Since that time, she has become a Certified 200 hr RTY, plus acquired a certification as a Fitzmaurice Voicework Associate teacher, which incorporates yoga practice principles and bio- energetic tremoring into vocal wellness and expression. She is also a Reike Master and in the process of acquiring her certification in Energy Medicine and Health Coaching. She is passionate about the relationship with Self that Yoga cultivates, and the value of a compassionate space in which her students can practice, laugh and evolve.
Marjan is a ambassador of promoting personal growth. Her passion lies in supporting others in their journey of self-discovery, life expansion, and elevation. By holding a safe and guided space for healing, she leads others to connect to greater levels of joy through pranayama, mudras and meditation techniques. She also supports her students to release their stress, connect to their soul’s desire and live in greater harmony. Marjan is passionate about teaching and guiding individuals and groups with Kundalini Yoga’s technology and gong meditation sound healing. The principals she practices and lives by are gratitude, authentic connection & love.
Mary practiced yoga for many years before she found Kundalini yoga in January 2012. She fell in love with this transformative practice and decided to enroll in teacher training in September 2012. Mary graduated from teacher training in May 2013 as a Certified KRI Kundalini Yoga teacher. She led Sadhana for one year to help prepare her to be a teacher. She experienced a back injury in 2012 and the Basic Spinal Energy Series yoga set was instrumental in helping her heal her back injury. She now teaches this kriya every Wednesday at 3:30pm because she is passionate about helping others heal their backs through Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini yoga has transformed her life and she continues with her daily spiritual practice. She is passionate about teaching and grateful to be a part of this loving family at Seventh Chakra yoga. She is also a retired hospice RN, Reiki master/teacher and Shamanic practitioner.
Pearl’s first exposure to yoga was in 1996 when she was invited to a yoga session with a visiting yoga master from India. Truth be told, this difficult class meant for advanced yogis initially turned her away from yoga. A few years later, she was reintroduced to yoga in an Iyengar class series. In this class, she was able to truly feel the calming and strengthening effects of the practice and fell in love with yoga. Since then, yoga has been woven through every phase of her life, including the stressful years of veterinary school, the demands of a full time career, the aches and pains of pregnancy, and the pressures of motherhood. Over time, Pearl has practiced many styles of yoga, including vinyasa flow, Iyengar, restorative, prenatal, mommy & me, aerial, and yin yoga. After several years of regular practice, she completed her 200-hr teacher training with Brynn Rybacek at True Flow Yoga with a personal desire to share the benefits of yoga with others. She is also certified to teach aerial yoga and has a special interest in yin yoga and prenatal yoga. Pearl’s teaching style is an alignment-based, mindful, breath-centered practice focusing on self-discovery, exploration, trust, and self-healing.
Peter is one of the co-owners of Seventh Chakra Yoga. He has a deep faith in the potential of human’s to continually grow, evolve and understand the true nature of our unique lives. Nature and the outdoors is his touchstone, and it constantly reminds him of the simple elegance and rhythms of life.
The outdoors and extreme sports have shown and taught him the importance of presence, letting go and the pleasures of being in flow. Yoga and meditation have offered him tools to practice and mastering presence and flow states in everyday experiences. Being a practitioner of somatic therapy, Peter believes a deeper connection with our body and our felt somatic experiences is key to have a richer more meaningful life.
He draws powerful analogies from everyday experiences to bring a fresh perspective to life and our relationship to it. He uses the power of Pranayama, Kundalini Yoga and Sound to aid his students experiencing states of peace and harmony. Encouraging all his student to practice and release old, outdated mental, emotional and physical patterns, so we can continually renew ourselves and grow.
Prakash, in Sanskrit, means Light. Prakash’s goal is to embody Yogi Bhajan's words - "Travel Light, Live Light, Spread the Light, Be the Light."
Hailing from Mumbai, India, Prakash came to the United States in pursuit of higher studies and personal growth. After obtaining his Masters’ degree in Artificial Intelligence and traveling extensively across the country, Prakash finally put down roots in Huntington Beach saying, “This place feels like home!” He lives with his wife and two kids and their loving rescue dog. Prakash is also a rock musician, multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, and poet and often brings in the element of music, sound and rhythm into his classes. His Sunday morning classes “Mastering the Senses” focus on sensory integration – something everyone needs in some capacity in today’s world.
Prakash believes in the incredible power of Kundalini Yoga and has seen firsthand the transformation it brings about. He is very motivated to be a guide and a friend on your spiritual journey. Premdev Kaur’s name means “Receiver and Transmitter of Divine Love” and in her 20 years of teaching Kundalini Yoga in Southern California, that Divine Love is what she sets up each class to deliver in her challenging, traditionally physical yet accessible classes( she can provide good modifications for all postures so that every student feels included). Priya is the Founder of Seventh Chakra Yoga, Orange County’s first premiere KundaliniYoga and Meditation Studio. She is a 500 RYT, Certified by KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) as Lead Trainer for Kundalini Yoga Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 teacher training course.

Raman was born in Northern India and raised in Southern California in the 90s, Raman Kaur has been exposed to a myriad of Eastern heart-based practices and tools while also being exposed to Western mind-centered philosophies which has guided her to cultivate the balance of the heart and mind. Due to her own intuitive curiosity and family encouragement to understand her culture, Raman spent almost 2 years in India immersing herself into the mysticism of her Punjabi Sikh Indian heritage.
As she grew older, her interest in mantras, shabads (hymns), meditation, the mysteries of the Universe, mental health, and understanding human psychology strengthened. Delving into spirituality at a young age and just beginning to understand the connection of mind, body and spirit in attaining an authentically happy, healthy and vibrant life.
Raman Kaur received her clinical psychology masters degree in 2015 and is trained with interest and concentration in spirituality, family-child therapeutic practices, the power of group healing, and neuroscience from Columbia University
Raman's classes are very heart-centered and focus on the sacredness of embodying one's radiant Divinity in all moments through tools like breath work, movement, mudras, and mantra-affirmations to alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression.
Ramtin is a Certified Kundalini yoga teacher, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a Reiki practitioner. He has been blessed with a spiritual name Jasmel Singh, which means the Lion of God who is blessed with the union with God. Ramtin’s first exposure to Kundalini yoga and meditation was back in the year 2006 through a CD and a simple manual that was sent to him by Dr. Dharma Singh Khalsa. After only couple of weeks of practicing Kundalini Yoga and meditation, he noticed a mindset and energy shift within him. Ramtin continued his practice of Kundalini Yoga off and on for next few years, but the real journey started with teacher training in 2011 here at Seventh Chakra Yoga. Ramtin believes as human beings we are comprised of Mind, Body and Spirit. In order to experience this life fully, we have to honor all aspects of who we are. Our mind/soul is the most powerful tool we have for this experience of life. The quality of our life is determined by the harmony between our mind/body and the spirit. The sacred science of Kundaini Yoga is the most complete and ancient technology that honors every dimension of our being. Ramtin also believes that “change occurs when mind, body and spirit work in harmony.” That-as human beings- we are here to evolve through consciousness. From Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Rosita has had the opportunity to discover and learn from many different people and contexts. Change has been a continuous word in her life, as she has lived in different places throughout her career, but one thing has remained consistent- her inner curiosity to know more and understand life. As a Kundalini Yoga Instructor, her goal is to discover balance between earth and heaven, between finite and infinite, between science and faith, between gross and subtle. As she believes neutrality maybe one of the many paths to access to our true potential as a human being. Rosita has learned from lead Kundalini teacher’s like Gurucharan Singh Khalsa and Priya Jain, and gained her Instructor certification by the Kundalini Research Institute in 2019.
I have been a student of yoga and philosophy for the past 20 years. I find the ancient wisdom and techniques of yoga incredibly powerful, uplifting and practical in day-to-day life. I have found that everyday life is an ideal mat for a holistic and comprehensive yoga practice and what we cultivate for ourselves in our personal yoga practice instantly flows into our daily lives and touches everyone around us. The benefits are manifold. Kundalini Yoga has been a gift that has restored me to my wholeness.
I find the practice to be comprehensive in that it uses sound, breath, postures, and meditation to achieve its aims and for me, the aim of yoga is awareness of who we really are and restoration of our fragmented selves into our wholeness. I am so grateful for these teachings that I feel inspired to share them with others. I love to chant. I love to dance and I love helping others discover, experience and live into their own inner bright light.
All my life there has been an inner voice guiding me, my intuition. Growing up as a child I used to sense things before they happened, but it . was not something that was talked about in my home or culture.
I am an Armenian born in the Middle East, exposed to different cultures, and ideologies. My passion is learning and self-development; I have been around the self-development industry for over 15 years. I love working with people and helping them reach their highest potential. I am a certified coach through Ericson College International.
Throughout my journey, I started feeling stuck, I started wanting more answers. Later then I found Kundalini Yoga which bridged everything together for me found the answers I was looking for. I developed a love for teaching, sound therapy, and breathe work. My Kundalini yoga journey led me to trust that inner voice that I had as a child, listen to the calling of my soul and my hearts desires and live my life from that place. I am very grateful that I found this practice, I love sharing it with people.
I was born in Ireland but have been living in the USA for over 7 years. Having practiced various styles of yoga and pilates for over 15 years I was fortunate enough to stumble across kundalini yoga about 5 years ago and it has changed and enriched my life. The experience and practice of Kundalini Yoga was transformative to my life.

I started practicing yoga in college to remedy my lower back pain but slowly grew to fall in love with the mental benefits as well.
My approach to teaching follows the same philosophy - rooted in anatomy and the proper alignment of physical practice, but always striving for higher spiritual awareness.

Susan has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for over 20 years and received her Teacher Certification in 2017 at Seventh Chakra. Susan discovered that she loves teaching and sharing the ancient technology of Kundalini yoga and meditation. She remembers how much it helped her cope with non-stop stress at work and home, and wants to bring this healing to other people.
As someone who loves to continually learn, Susan's life has been enriched by her yoga and meditation practice. She enjoys reading Kundalini yoga books, discovering new yoga sets and meditations, and selecting new music for her classes. Her yoga classes will often revolve around a specific theme, such as 'The Grateful Heart', 'The Sacred Water Element', 'Keeping your Emotional Balance', 'Letting Go of Fear', 'The Positive Mind', and so on.
Susan likes to keep her classes gently moving and stretching while sharing her knowledge of yoga philosophy and allowing plenty of time for deep relaxation, breath work, and meditation. Her greatest joy is seeing people walk out of her class feeling uplifted, relaxed, energized and renewed.
Sydney grew up climbing trees and creatively expressing herself from the day she could hold a paintbrush. As a young adult, she discovered yoga and meditation and has been on the pursuit of self-study and consciousness ever since. Today, Sydney is a certified Kundalini Yoga + Meditation Teacher, Breathwork Coach and Sound Practitioner. She also works as a multi-medium artist and creative director. Sydney often incorporates both visual arts and vibrational sound arts as healing tools in her teachings. Sydney believes that authentic self-expression and the pursuit of spirituality are deeply intertwined; she calls this integration “SOUL-expression”.
Her teaching method draws on multiple yogic lineages from her studies with her teachers in India, Peru, Costa Rica, and here at Seventh Chakra Yoga. These diverse experiences as a life-long student have given Sydney the ability to transmit ancient wisdom in a way that is accessible in this modern age. Sydney creates a safe environment for self-discovery, play, and deep connection in all her retreats, workshops and classes. She lives her life with an open heart and has a mission to inspire others to do the same.
As a young child, Tracy was always a learning enthusiast- searching for answers and trying to understand life on a deeper level. Empathy and sensitivity were her strongest spiritual gifts. In the quest to connect with her soul, she began her yoga journey and became a certified Hatha Yoga teacher in 2011.
She devoted herself to a daily practice as her interests expanded to healing, energy work, and meditation. She completed the Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master programs and learned the Transcendental Meditation Technique (TM). All of these wonderful practices led her to Kundalini Yoga, the Master Science of experience and awareness.
This powerful yoga takes aspects of all yogas and incorporates it into one disciplined practice. Kundalini Yoga opens your heart to self-awareness and self-love. Victoria spent decades in education, as a principal and teacher, transforming schools experiencing major challenges. Her academic background includes undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry, masters degrees in education, administration and organizational leadership, and doctoral-level coursework in clinical psychology. After years pursuing these formal degrees and credentials, along with several coaching and energy-healing certifications, she finally made the journey from her head to her heart. How? By using the tools she learned using yoga and meditation as a technology.
Prior to her initial, yet profound awakening, Victoria experienced significant trauma and losses, accompanied by bouts of anxiety and depression. Now, she truly aims to live a life of liberation. She loves helping others on their journey, too.
